Referral questions
Who can join the referral program?
Anyone with an active or past Litter Science subscription can share a link. Your friend must be a new customer — they cannot have ordered from us before.
When do I receive my $20 credit?
Credit is added after your friend’s first paid order goes through. It applies automatically to your next subscription shipment. It is not cash and cannot be transferred.
When does my friend get $20 off?
The $20 discount is taken off their first subscription order when they check out with your link. It does not apply to the stainless steel litter box add-on.
How many friends can I refer?
There is no cap on how many friends you can invite. Each new customer can only use one referral offer, and you earn credit once per referred friend.
Can I refer myself or use my own link?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and links used on an existing customer order will not receive credit.
I can’t find my referral link. What should I do?
Log in to your account first. If you still don’t see it, email support@litterscience.com — we reply within 24–48 hours.
